McLean, Virginia [October 9, 2025] — Today, Renaissance Centro announced the launch of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, McLean, Tysons, marking Virginia’s first branded residential development under The Ritz-Carlton. Set in the heart of Northern Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C, the project will redefine elevated condominium living with more than 15,000 square feet of luxury amenities.
The standalone, 102-unit residential property will rise adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner hotel and Tysons Galleria, adding to Marriott International’s global branded residences portfolio, which includes over 300 open and pipeline developments across 50 countries and territories.

Anticipated Timeline
The Introductory Sales Gallery is now open, offering prospective residence owners a first look at model floor plans, finishes and interactive planning tools. A full-scale Sales Gallery is targeted to be delivered by Q2 2026. Construction of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, McLean, Tysons, is scheduled to commence in 2026, with completion and occupancy targeted for late 2028.
