Robert Cook
Career Summary
Prior to joining McWilliams Ballard, Robbie was a project manager for a master developer in his hometown of Fort Worth, Texas, creating luxury neighborhoods and mixed-use communities where there had only been pasture before. After completing the final phase of land work, Robbie moved to DC to join a boutique development firm specializing in vertical in-fill development and construction. The sales and marketing of the condominium building he was managing led Robbie to join MB after the project’s completion. He was brought on specifically to help grow the boutique community portfolio, balancing his experience with tight development budgets and construction against the need to deliver and market beautiful homes with high returns. Robbie approaches each community, whether 2 or 200 homes, with the same level of detail and precision.
Robbie has a passion for traveling, architecture and urban planning and received an internationally focused BA with honors from Rhodes College. He is a member of ULI, DCBIA, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s Young Leaders. Robbie and his family now live on Capitol Hill. He is licensed in Washington, DC and Virginia.
