Perla Sales Launch Celebration to Take Place at Convivial Restaurant on Thursday, April 4 from 6:00-8:00 PM
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Four Points LLC announced today that sales for its ultra-luxury residential building, Perla, will begin on Thursday, April 4. Located at 810 O Street NW, Perla is an elegant nine-story, 90,500-square foot, LEED gold-certified mixed-use building nestled steps away from the vibrant restaurants, art galleries, and coffee houses in the booming Shaw neighborhood. Perla has 66 designer units and is comprised of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom + den condo residences that range in size from 716 to 1,850 square feet. Prices for each unit range from the mid-$600,000’s to over $2 million. Perla also has 6,900-square-feet of space devoted for street-level retail along 9th Street, NW, which could include one, large single user or a mix of operators that consist of restaurants, fitness studios and coworking spaces.
To celebrate the condominium’s commencement, Four Points will host a sales launch event in Shaw’s Convivial restaurant on Thursday, April 4 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Located at 801 O Street NW, the sales kick-off event will feature wine, cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres from the restaurant menu. Guests wishing to attend can RSVP to the sales launch celebration at the following link: www.PerlaRSVP.com.
Fashioned for maximum comfort and space, Perla offers voluminous floorplan layouts with amenities such as kitchen pantries, personal balconies, and laundry and powder rooms. The majority of Perla residences also come equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and nine-foot ceilings.
While nearly every home at Perla is outfitted with its own private outdoor entertaining space, atop of the nine-story building is Perla’s Skytop Suite. The Skytop Suite is a massive rooftop entertaining space outfitted with a fire pit, daybed and demonstration kitchen. Guests and visitors can enjoy soaring views of the Washington Monument, National Cathedral and the tree-lined streets of the Shaw neighborhood and Logan Circle.
Designed by Phil Esocoff of Gensler, Perla combines stylish finishes with clean lines and abundant light. Curated to provide residents with a peaceful home outside the urban landscape of the Shaw neighborhood, WDG Architecture, the architect firm of record, has implemented Esocoff’s design to ensure comfort, and luxury.
Furthering the theme of overflowing light and luster, famed architect and designer Olvia Demetriou, Principal at HapstackDemetriou+, has designed Perla’s interiors, incorporating a sleek, modern aesthetic. As residents ascend through Perla’s floor levels, the elements and common areas become more radiant. Wide plank French white oak hardwood flooring appears throughout each residence, and Perla’s interior palette includes cream and off-white colors with various rich walnut accents. The kitchens of Perla showcase quartz countertops, waterfall edge countertop islands, custom Italian cabinetry and elite Thermador appliances. Demetriou has designed each residence to serve as a peaceful, quiet home counterbalance to the city life outside.
“With Perla, our team made a deliberate decision to embrace a classical look that we believe will make a strong statement and stand the test of time,” says Steve Cassell, Senior Vice President, Development at Four Points. “Perla offers large, gracious units with generous floorplans featuring elegant detailing and finishes not typically found in the market. We believe these residences represent a strong step forward for Shaw and those who wish to experience all the wonderful attributes of the 9th Street corridor.”
Additional best-in-class amenities and features at Perla include:
